Please read the instructions below and test your PC system 48 hours before the training date during business days to ensure you are able to log into the webinar portal. This is to ensure we resolve problems before the date of the Webinar.

We will send you a special invite via www.clickmeeting.com  to attend the webinar one week  before the date of the webinar (depending on when payment was made and cleared in our account). When you receive the invite, you are required to click the link and accept the invite. You should then follow the  instructions on your screen to test your PC for connectivity. At the bottom left of your screen you will find a link to access live chat with customer support team. This team can answer any questions you may have about your IT connectivity. Please ensure you request clarification from them about matters concerning your IT system and access issues. You do not need a webcam or microphone to access the webinar. You simply need to click and accept the invite and follow the instructions given.

Your link is unique to your account and must not be shared. Sharing your link with third parties will invalidate your access to the webinar immediately.

What happens after you have logged in :

  1. Your tutor will start the presentation at the scheduled time.
  2. You can post questions relating to the presentation (topic covered) so that they can be answered within the timeline of the course.
  3. Your tutor will also ask questions of you, during the session in order to test your understanding of the concepts covered. This will help you gain a thorough understanding of the subject matter.
  4. Although we have set aside 1hour for the course, there are times when the course will finish just after an hour  depending on the number of questions asked by attendees. The bigger the class the more questions will be asked and vice versa.
